Carina Coffee Beans is a Hanoi-based wholesale supplier of green and roasted coffee. We buy direct from mills across Vietnam and Southeast Asia and ship to roasters, distributors, private-label brands and HORECA groups — from pallet quantities to full container loads.
What we supply
Every lot is traceable to the mill it came from, with a quality analysis sheet issued per shipment.
Unroasted beans in 60 kg jute or 30 kg GrainPro-lined bags, shipped FCL or LCL with full documentation per lot.
Roast-to-order in 5 kg and 10 kg one-way valve bags. Production slot booked against your delivery date, not held in stock.
Your brand on our supply. Bag printing, labelling and case packing handled at origin, MOQ 500 kg per SKU.

Distributor & buyer network
We supply directly from Hanoi and consolidate regional shipments through Hai Phong and Cat Lai. In markets where we do not yet hold representation, we are appointing exclusive distributors and agents — and we buy from qualified mills and cooperatives in the region as well.

We return a firm FOB offer with a quality analysis sheet covering the exact lot we are offering.
Sales contract stating the agreed Incoterms rule, then payment in advance by telegraphic transfer.
Booking, loading and full document set: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate.
Quality & documentation
Every lot is screen-graded and cupped before booking. We issue a quality analysis sheet covering moisture content, defect count, screen size distribution and cupping score for every lot we ship.
Shipments travel with the full document set required for import: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate. Additional certification can be arranged against a firm order.
